Hi, I’m Sharlene. I’m a strategy and design leader with a focus on creating durable solutions to meet user needs and business goals.

As an innovation consultant on Salesforce’s Ignite team, I worked with customers like Bank of America, Robinhood, Discover Financial, and State Street on digital transformations. I created strategies and frameworks that focused on AI sales enablement.

As a design lead at Morningstar, I led the product teams for the individual investors’ retail website and Managed Portfolios, an investment platform for financial advisors. I mentored designers, researchers, and interns while collaborating with stakeholders and business leaders.

My commitment to the community includes a tenure as the VP of Partnerships and Director of Programming for AIGA Chicago.
